Outstanding experience! After 6 years with hearing aids I decided I needed state of the art hearing and a great audiologist. Dr Anderson did most of the intro and Elizabeth did the rest. And she is terrific. My former pair failed to provide clarity, decent volume, suppressing annoying sounds in restaurants and an inability to fully hear witnesses and attorneys appearing before me. The sound had to be sharper and louder. Elizabeth accomplished all of that after only 2 sessions. And comfort had to also be foremost. When the molded ear pieces didn’t work she switched to more comfortable pieces that are perfect. E is extremely knowledgeable, highly efficient, articulate and spends considerable time making sure all is well. I’ve been to many audiologists over the years. Elizabeth, who will receive her Doctor’s degree from ASU next May, is well deserving of it right now. I highly recommend Priority!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Anderson for 3 years. He was very knowledgeable and patient in diagnosing my hearing loss. He listened to my issues and was able to fit me with outstanding hearing aids. Dr. Anderson and his staff are very profesional and friendly and their service is the best. I have been reluctant to wear my hearing aids in the past but Dr. Anderson has convinced me to wear them at all times and I can now hear much better. I am Gordon's wife and went to Dr. Anderson 3 years ago to have my hearing tested, guess what? I needed hearing aids. It took time to get used to them and now am so glad I did. Dr. Anderson has always been so helpful for someone who had never had hearing aids before. One time, I went in and had an ear infection and he said I needed to see an ear specialist, so he called one, right then and there and made an appointment for me. I went and finally got the infection cleared up. I was so greatful for his help, he is very caring. I have recommended him to any of my friends who need hearing aids. We both have been more than satisfied with his level of care, as are all those in his office. Doreen MacDonough

About 10 years ago I had an ear infection that resulted in > 90% hearing loss in my left ear. I got hearing aids 6 years ago which helped with my overall hearing loss but did not help the left ear much at all. I went on for the past 6 years hearing better but not great. IThis past spring I went to see Dr Anderson for consultation. He told me about new technology that could help my left ear.Sounds are picked up near my left ear & sent to the right ear. I tried these new hearing aids and found this to be so. I purchased them and have been hearing much better since. I am so glad I found him to help. I could not often comprehend what was being said on the tv for a few years but now this is resolved. So don't give up on your hearing issues thinking that you have to live with it the way it is, see Dr. Anderson @ Priority Hearing for consultation. He will work with you until your hearing improves. He is a professional, caring individual and very knowledgeable about hearing issues.

An Audiologist who is also a great listener! Dr. Anderson genuinely cares about the people he helps. He listens to your concerns and understands you and your needs first. He remembers things you have talked about in the past and is persistently aware of your hearing situation. His equipment and knowledge is the finest I have seen! I was originally referred to Priority Hearing and Tinnitus just to get a hearing test to establish a baseline. Since then Dr. Anderson and his staff have helped me through an emergency sudden loss of hearing. I now see him regularly to monitor my hearing. When I decide to try hearing aids I have the utmost confidence that Priority Hearing and Tinnitus will be my solution.

With confidence, I give Priority Hearing and Tinnitus a 5-star rating, and would give it a 10, if possible. Dr Anderson is the doctor to see when it comes to understanding hearing loss, the why's and how's, the latest technologies, and setting realistic expectations. His warm and clever personality adds to the comfort of the visit. I have had tinnitus for 20+ years, basically giving up on the hearing aid industry, believing "they just didn't get it". I was a skeptical patient - again. Dr. Anderson changed that. He spent time with me - reviewing test results, explaining the new hearing aids, and setting them up just for me and my issues. He will always be my "go to" man for hearing needs.

Right from the first second you walk in the door, Robin is there to greet you and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Anderson is professional and makes you feel very comfortable to ask questions and voice concerns. It is easy to tell that his first priority is taking care of your hearing needs. His no pressure style shows he really cares. I was very surprised of all the options available. Dr. Anderson and his team have a great follow up plan to help you whenever you need it. I would recommend him and his team to everyone who has any hearing issues.

I have worn hearing aids for 38 years and have also worked for an audiologist. Dr. Anderson is very caring and attentive to my hearing problems. He worked professionally and patiently in interpreting my responses on what I do and don't hear. He also worked diligently to match my hearing loss to the hearing aid response. How many times have I had to change batteries over the years? I just purchased a rechargeable battery system (new) from Priority Hearing and it is great! Try it, you will like it!! Marilyn Hanson

After struggling with hearing loss for many years, I had accepted that poor hearing was just a way of life for me. My wife and my children had suggested numerous times, that I should see an Audiologist and inquire if I would be a good candidate for hearing aids. My wife did some research, and found Dr. Devin Anderson, of Priority Hearing and Tinnitus, and I finally agreed to a hearing test. Dr. Anderson diagnosed my hearing problem and fit me with hearing aids. After receiving my hearing aids, I remember walking out of his office with my new hearing aids in my ears and remarking to my wife, “I can hear a bird chirping; Wow!” While that may seem very trivial to some, it was an eye-opener for me. I hadn’t heard a bird chirp in years and it was at that moment I realized, I had probably missed out on many enjoyable things throughout the years due to poor hearing, including very wonderful and meaningful conversations with my family. I could hear clearly for the first time in a very very long time. I found Dr. Anderson to be very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. It’s reassuring as well, that Dr. Anderson is available for consultation should I have any questions about my hearing aids. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Anderson for helping me improve my quality of life. Thank you Dr. Anderson!

About two years ago my wife and I began to notice that my hearing was progressively getting worse and I was initially referred to the Hearing Center in Florence for hearing testing and diagnosis. When I called to ask questions about the qualifications of the people doing the testing. The receptionist said I would be tested by the owner who was licensed to do testing and diagnose my problem. After checking her credentials as wells as those of her husband and son (the owners) that they were NOT Doctors of Audiology. Doctors of Audiology go to school for four years beyond their Bachelors of Science degree and specially trained for what they do. They also are called Doctor. So I decided to search for a trained audiologist in my area and found Dr. Devon Anderson of Priority Hearing and Tinnitus. He was a perfect person for my problem. Since establishing a relationship with him over a year ago, my hearing problem was properly diagnosed .and my hearing aids were ordered. Dr. Anderson has provided me with exceptional service from the start and is always responsive to my needs. I highly recommend him to anyone like me who prefers to receive service from an Audiologist. . M. Branley, Florence , Arizona

Fabulous experience with Dr. Anderson. Very professional, cordial and knowledgeable. I'd include pictures of my hearing aids he made for each ear, but they're so small that you'd need a magnifying glass to see them. I'm not self concious about them at all. His follow up is second to none. I would highly recommend contacting Dr. Anderson if you have hearing issues. As a husband, I was looking for a "selective hearing setting EXCLUSIVELY for husbands," but, unfortunately, that setting wasn''t included in my choices. Just as well, my wife is so tolerant of my "craziness" anyway. You'll be happy with your choice to see Dr. Anderson.
