Accessibility Statement
We are committed to making our website usable for everyone.
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Priority Hearing & Tinnitus is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. As a hearing-healthcare practice, we especially want our site to be easy to use for older adults and people who are hard of hearing. We are continually working to improve the experience for every visitor.
Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the widely recognized standard for web accessibility. Accessibility was a core part of how this site was built, not an afterthought.
What We’ve Done
- Clean, semantic page structure that works with screen readers
- Full keyboard navigation with clearly visible focus indicators
- Large, readable text and high color contrast for low-vision users
- Generous tap-target sizes for easier use on phones and tablets
- A responsive layout that adapts to any screen size
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences
- No information conveyed by color or hover alone
- A “skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review the site and are planning a dedicated accessibility audit to identify and address any remaining issues. As standards and best practices evolve, we will work to keep pace.
Third-Party Content
Some features are provided by third parties — such as our online appointment scheduler and embedded Google Maps. We do not control the accessibility of these tools. If you have trouble using any embedded feature, please call us and we will gladly assist you directly.
