“Dr. Diamond is an excellent audiologist! She is sufficiently tech savvy to convince me, a definite tech geek, that she understands the capabilities and limitations of her products. She listens well and tailors her service to her patients’ needs and clearly explains what to expect in tech terms and in non-tech terms, as appropriate. She is personable and easy to talk to. She is also helpful in counseling her patients in getting the most from their hearing aids, both in tech terms and affordability/insurance terms.”

“I felt really comfortable here. The hearing exam was very thorough. I did not feel pressured at all unlike some other hearing aid clinics. I’m very satisfied with the hearing aid I purchased. The unusual experience I had at Priority Hearing is that I really only needed one hearing aid and that is what Dr Anderson prescribed. Good hearing aids are expensive but I have found that they are worth it. I highly recommend this location and Dr Anderson if you’re having hearing issues. I really like leaving the word “huh” out of my vocabulary.”
“I scheduled appointments for both myself and my husband and chose Priority Hearing and Tinnitus based on their excellent ratings and convenient location (San Tan Valley). The reviews were absolutely accurate! Not only did we find out that we don't currently need any services, but the team was completely honest and transparent about it. That level of integrity is rare and greatly appreciated. When the time comes that we do need services, I won't hesitate to return. The office is beautiful, the staff is friendly and professional, and most importantly, they are honest. I highly recommend this location.”
